Job Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a Housing Organisation ona temporary contract based in London.

 

You will beresponsible for acting as the first point of contact for all HR relatedenquiries. This will include administration for all new employees and exits,DBS applications, auditing of right to work, meeting arrangements and minutetaking.

 

Duties:

 

  • Undertake general administrative dutiessuch as; data entry, dealing with correspondence, contractual changes, filemanagement, etc. thereby supporting the efficient and effective operation ofthe HR department.

  • Provide reporting services includingregular and ad-hoc management information and KPI reporting to the HR team,business and external clients/service providers.

  • Support maintenance and development ofthe HRIS inclusive of data cleansing work.

 

Ideal candidate:

 

  • Goodunderstanding of HR practices

  • Goodanalytical skills

  • Experienceof Microsoft packages specifically: MS Excel (Intermediate), MS Word(Intermediate)

  • HR orL&D administration experience in a fast paced HR team

  • Excellentcustomer service skills

  • Highquality communicator in any media

  • Provenability to plan, work under pressure, multi-task and meet short deadlines
