MMP Consultancy are pleased to confirm that we have remained open, retained all employees and are proud to have not been in a position of using the furlough scheme. MMP’s stance was that it felt we had a responsibility of supporting all of our employees who have worked tirelessly in the growth of the business since 2013.

MMP quickly moved into a working from home arrangement from 16th March 2020. At the start of the epidemic we collectively worked together to set out a clear vision of what is required to ensure whilst recruitment quietened down we used our time effectively to ensure we came back in an even stronger position to support our key sectors.

We are working very closely with the REC, our legal and finance teams to ensure we are remaining up to date with all changes in legislation which could effect our client and candidate base.

MMP are starting to see the market respond to the relaxation of lockdown, registering the highest volume of both interim and permanent roles since 16th March and we are working with our clients to assist in the new innovative ways of interviewing. We are able to arrange interviews via Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Skype if a traditional face to face interview isn’t possible and this has proved very successful.
