This vital role involves managing housing disrepair complaints that escalate into legal claims (Housing Condition Claims), working closely with the Local Authority's legal team to ensure swift and effective resolution.

As a Disrepair Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth property inspections, overseeing necessary repairs, and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard within budget and timescale. You will play a key role in safeguarding tenants' rights while protecting the Council from unnecessary litigation by resolving disputes promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
