We also partner with an external independent auditing company who carry out audits on our temporary workers to ensure compliance throughout their assignment is maintained.

Our compliance procedure includes the following as a minimum but is not limited to:

➢ 2x Proof of Address

➢ Proof of National Insurance

➢ Full Employment History

➢ Two Years References (3 years for those working framework specific)

➢ Qualifications and Certificates

➢ Fitness to Work Clearance (Framework Specific)

➢ DBS Checks (Client Specific)

➢ Mandatory Training (Client Specific)

➢ Competency Based Interview
