Compliance is critical to our business and MMP Consultancy is completely committed to compliance.

Our trained compliance team utilise a bespoke compliance tracker which is fully transparent to everyone at MMP and our clients. This enables us to ensure 100% compliance for all permanent and temporary workers prior to introduction.

We also set reminders for annual DBS checks for current workers and operate an automatic DBS update service. Our staff undergo compliance training with Neuven Solutions on all current legislation & regulations. This training is CPD certified & supports staff with their professional development. We ensure that all Compliance staff are also involved in any tender process – so that they are aware of any requirements detailed within the relevant specifications and service level agreements.

To ensure we can verify a temporary workers identity correctly, we request original documents to be produced by the temporary worker, this is done with their face-to-face interview. Temporary workers can post original documentation to our office if they are unable to attend in person and the Compliance Officer will conduct an interview via a video calling platform once in receipt of the original documentation to confirm the workers identity.

This has been our working practice during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic when we had been working from home in line with government guidance. All documents are scanned electronically to verify their authenticity. When assessing documents, the Compliance Officer validates that the photographic documents are consistent with the appearance of the temporary worker, and that date of birth is consistent with the temporary worker's identity documents and the appearance of the temporary worker.

We operate regular internal audits and quarterly external audits via a specialist neutral vendor auditing/training company ensuring we are fully compliant with our current workforce and up to date with new and existing legislations/regulations. Any gaps of 28 days or more on the CV of a Candidate will be documented as part of the submission to WHA.

MMP have taken 12 steps in accordance with the Information Commissioner’s Office and all data processing notices are evidenced on our website. We are also full Members of the REC having satisfied REC membership criteria and committed to its code of Professional Practice which requires us to ensure we are compliant across all relevant elements of recruitment practice.
