Weare seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to apply, or candidates whoare looking to gain employment and learn within a Customer Service environment.These roles would suit individuals who thrive in challenging atmospheres andcan remain calm under pressure. The Customer Service Advisors are responsiblefor providing an exceptional service to the organisations current customers inrelation to Repairs and Housing enquiries.  Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timeeffective manner with excellent results.

 

KeyResponsibilities:

Providingexcellent customer service to all residents in relation to Repairs and Housingenquiries

Raisingrepairs orders, whilst diagnosing at first call

Liaisingwith tradesmen to organise repairs calls

Liaisingwith internal and external stakeholders in order to resolve all enquiriesraised, effectively communicating with the complainant the whole way through

Updatingthe database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged

 

SkillsRequired:

Experienceof working in a Social Housing/Repairs environment in a Customer Servicecapacity

Previousexperience of diagnosing and raising repairs

ExceptionalCustomer Service skills

Agood attitude and willingness to learn

Abilityto remain calm under pressure and challenging atmosphere
