Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen to work for a Contractor / Social Housing provider for an Electrician on a permanent basis paying a basic salary of £38,000 - £40,000 Van, Fuel Card (Testing & Reactive)
The successful candidate will be required to complete electrical inspections and testing, carry out upgrades and repairs, general electrical repairs, and maintenance work in occupied and communal areas within social housing properties.
You will be required to:
- Complete a range of electrical repairs and maintenance:
- (EICRs, power & lighting repairs upgrades)
- Have experience working within social housing properties
- Have own hand and power tools
- Be customer focused
- Be a team player
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
- Level 3
- 18th Edition
- Testing
- Inspection 2391 / 2395
- Full clean driving licence
You will be supplied with:
- A company van fuel card
- PPE

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor based in Lambeth on a temporary ongoing basis paying £20 per hour CIS. A standard DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
