Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a national contractor based in East London on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £38,000 per annum with the potential earnings £47,000 to £49,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van.
Pay Rate:
* £38,000 per annum plus call out (Potential earnings of £47k - £49k)
* Call out - £12.50 per day (standby) and £25ph (per call out)
* Mandatory - 1 week on call per month
You will be required to:
*Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied
*Carry out electrical repairs EICRs and complete NICEIC Certificates
*Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
*Carry out works allocated by appointments
*Participate in 24 call out rota - 1 in every 4 weeks
Qualifications:
*City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
*BS 7617: 18th Edition
*2391 or 2395
*Standard DBS Check
You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA

You will be required to:
* Servicing Boilers
* Boiler Breakdowns
* Repairs to heating systems
* Complete multi-skilled plumbing and heating repairs within tenants' properties
* Any other plumbing related repairs we may need completed.
* Ensure records are maintained accurately when using electronic device or paperwork
* Have great communication skills with colleagues and tenants
* Participate in the out of hours team
Qualifications required:

My client is looking for an immediately Grounds Maintenance Operative who has experience using all gardening and grounds maintenance machinery. The successful candidate must have a full UK manual driving license.
Pay Rate:
*£15.00ph (umbrella rate)
You will be required to:
* Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
* Maintain and use vehicles, plant and equipment
