Join our Estates newly established Maintenance team as a skilled Mechanical Fitter within the NHS East London area. A new opportunity within the construction industry with a vast set of new challenges and being amongst a supportive team. The role will be working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week- with 0/T, earning £20 per hour flat (Umbrella) with the duration being 6 Months on going.
Responsibilities will include:
* Boilers
* Steam Raising Plant
* Pressure Systems
* Medical Gas Systems
* Air Condition / Ventilation Systems
* Heating & Hot Water Plant Systems
* Operation Of Computer Data Collection
* Sterilizer & de-contamination Equipment
* Maintain records and conduct repairs.

* Automatic Controls
Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant experience.
* NVQ Level 2 & 3 In Mechanical Engineering Services - Heating, Plumbing, and ventilating
* Health & Safety knowledge.
* Knowledge of plant relevant to building services

Commercial Mechanical Engineer
A new opportunity has arisen to work for a Building and Facilities Contractor, for a Commercial Mechanical Engineer. The successful candidate will be required to complete planned and reactive maintenance to an agreed programme, budget, and quality within the company's operational targets.
Salary:
* £40,000 - £46,000 per annum
Hours:
* Monday to Friday (08:00am to 17:00pm).
Location:
* Waltham Forest, East London.
Standby & Call Out:
You will be required to be on standby for 1 week within a rotation (1 in 6).
* Standby rate for week - £178.00
* Weekday - Time and half for call outs
* Saturday - Time and a half for call outs
* Sunday - Double time for call outs
* Call out during normal working week - Time and a half.
Commercial Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
* To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance to all Plant Room Equipment as per maintenance schedules.
* Assisting sub-contractors where necessary, monitoring repairs, or helping where required.
* To carry out plant inspections, diagnose faults, fit parts, and carry out repairs to mechanical systems, such as pumps, valves, pipework etc.
* Identify faults and report issues in a timely manner. Consulting with Suppliers to obtain the necessary replacement component costs to include and labour requirements and submitting these to the Mechanical Supervisor as required.
* To attend toolbox talks.
* To always comply with the company's Health and Safety Policy and follow all related safe systems of work.
* To undertake call out duties on a scheduled out of hours call out rota as required.
* To report any vehicle malfunctions to management as soon as possible.
Qualifications Required:
* DBS Check
* Appropriate industry qualifications.
* Time served in a Mechanical/Commercial setting is essential.
* Commercial ACS qualifications is an advantage.

MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Plasterer on an temporary ongoing basis on behalf of a social housing contractor working around Croydon. This role will be paying £20 per hour CIS or Umbrella with a van and fuel card supplied. This role will require a basic DBS check to be carried out.
Working Hours - 8am - 17:00pm with a half hour break - 45 hours per week
