Location:
* East London and Essex.

Working hours
* 08:00am to 17:00pm

You will be required to:
* Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades.
* Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
* Have experience working within social housing properties.

You will be supplied with:
* Company van
* Fuel card

You must:
* Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at £20.00 a month.

Technical Supervisor - Damp & Mould / Legal Disrepair

Location: Dagenham, East London
Salary: From £45,000 (DOE) Benefits

About the Roles

We're hiring for two Technical Supervisor roles within a leading property & facilities group:

  • Damp & Mould
  • Legal Disrepair

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of operatives and contractors, overseeing day-to-day service delivery, performance, and quality assurance from first report to final invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise teams and specialist subcontractors
  • Manage job scheduling, inspections, and reporting
  • Support service improvements and performance targets
  • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and provide reports/MI as needed

What You'll Need

  • Trade qualification (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
  • Supervisory experience in repairs or maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Damp & Mould and/or Legal Disrepair
  • Good IT skills (MS Office; Accuserve a bonus)
  • Full clean UK driving licence

Caretaker / Bulk Driver

£25600 - £26500 per annum

Job Title: Caretaker / Bulk Driver
Location: East London
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Position Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for estate cleaning and maintenance, as well as operating a bulk waste collection vehicle. The role involves customer interaction, ensuring the estates remain clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estate Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep communal areas clean and report maintenance issues.
  • Bulk Waste Collection: Drive a bulk waste vehicle to collect and dispose of large items.
  • Customer Service: Address residents' concerns and assist with maintenance requests.

Technical Supervisor - Voids Team

Location: Dagenham
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: £43,000 per annum

I'm looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead a Voids team, overseeing property repairs and refurbishments for unoccupied homes. You'll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high performance, compliance, and excellent service delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise repairs and voids works, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Drive team performance and meet operational KPIs
  • Maintain accurate job records using PDA and Accuserve systems
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client reps
  • Contribute to out-of-hours call rota if required
  • Understand and apply NHF Schedule of Rates


About You

  • Experience in repairs/voids, ideally within social housing
  • Strong technical knowledge and supervisory experience
  • Confident using MS Office and housing maintenance systems
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

Up to £34000 per annum Van & Fuel card


A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis paying £34,000 per annum. This will be covering the Portsmouth/Southampton areas. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Working Hours are Mon - Fri - 39 hours per week
8:30am - 17:00 Mon - Thu and 8:30am - 16:00 on a Friday
Multi Trade Duties:
Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering in occupied and void properties.
The Successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
A basic DBS check will be required

The successful Groundworker will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Groundworker Duties:

  • Install, repair, and maintain various types of fencing, including timber, metal, and concrete.
  • Carry out groundwork tasks such as post-setting, paving, drainage repairs, and concreting.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, assessing and addressing fencing and groundwork issues efficiently.
