Working hours - Monday to Friday. 39 hours per week - 8:30am - 17:00 Mon - Thurs and 8:30am - 16:00pm on Friday.
As a Gas Engineer you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional gas installations service to residents ensuring all work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Responsibilities

• Service and repair of domestic gas appliances (i.e. gas boilers, fires)
• Perform routine maintenance checks
• Maintain and monitor the supply, stock and use of materials
• Participate in the 'out of hours' service delivery on a rota basis (Currently every 1 in 6 weeks)

The successful Multi Trader will be required to work within the disrepair team completing property maintenance in South East London. Multi Trade Skills required:

A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS. This will be covering Lambeth. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.

Pay rate: £21.40 per hour CIS

Working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 17:00pm with a half hour break

Multi Trade Carpenter Duties:

• Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, basic plumbing painting and decorating and patch plastering in both voids and occupied properties.

The Successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
