Job Description
A great new opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a national contractor based in East London and Essex on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van.
Pay Rate:
* Up to £40,000 per annum
You will be required to:
* Carry out electrical inspection and testing
* Electrical remedial works
* Undertake new electrical installations
* Reactive electrical works
* Emergency lighting inspections and repairs
Qualifications:
*City & Guilds Level 3 and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ
*BS 7617: 18th Edition
*2391 or 2395 (Desirable or able to demonstrate competency)
You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA

Working hours
* 08:00am to 17:00pm
You will be required to:
* Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades.
* Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
* Optional out of hours.
* Have experience working within social housing properties.
You will be supplied with:
* Company van
* Fuel card
You must:
* Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at £20.00 a month.
