I am currently recruiting for a Team Leader (Roofing) to join a West of Essex based contractor on permanent basis. My client is looking for an experienced Team Leader (Roofing) with experience in social housing.
Team Leader (Roofing) Required to:
* To lead on and be responsible for all roofing operational, financial and health and safety aspects of the section.
* To ensure that all Working at Height SHEC requirements and safety monitoring is maintained, recorded, and actioned accordingly, for the business.
* To undertake all roofing support functions on the domestic and planned contracts, from initial inspection through to handover.
* To provide cover for any Repairs Team Leader in their absence.
Salary
* £39,907.18 - £41,482.11 per annum.
Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor based in Lambeth on a temporary ongoing basis paying £20 per hour CIS. A standard DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
