Salary: £43,000 per annum

I'm looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead a Voids team, overseeing property repairs and refurbishments for unoccupied homes. You'll manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high performance, compliance, and excellent service delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise repairs and voids works, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Drive team performance and meet operational KPIs
  • Maintain accurate job records using PDA and Accuserve systems
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client reps
  • Contribute to out-of-hours call rota if required
  • Understand and apply NHF Schedule of Rates


About You

  • Experience in repairs/voids, ideally within social housing
  • Strong technical knowledge and supervisory experience
  • Confident using MS Office and housing maintenance systems
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

Multi Trade Operative

Up to £36000.00 per annum

A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Multi Trader on a permanent basis paying £36,000 per annum plus call out, this will give potential earnings of up to £42,000 - £45,000k per annum. The successful Multi Trader will be required to complete reactive works within properties and communal areas in Essex (designated patch will be given). The successful Multi Trader must be willing to travel however, you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible

Pay Rate:
* £36,000 per annum plus call out (Potential earnings of £42k - £45k)
* Call out - £12.50 per day (standby) and £25ph (per call out)
* Mandatory - 1 week on call per month

Multi Trade Skills required:
* Plumbing
* Carpenter
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
* UPVC repairs and maintenance
* Double glazed unit replacement
* Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
* Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Qualifications Required:
* Basic DBS Check

You will be supplied with:

Groundworker

Up to £36000.00 per annum

A new opportunity has arisen for a Groundworker to work for a national contractor on a permanent basis. You will be required to complete maintenance works within communal areas in Essex. The successful Groundworker must be willing to travel however you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.

Job Title: Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal Operative
Location: East London & Essex
Sector: Social Housing
Job Type: Temporary (2-3 moths)
Hourly Rate: £22.00ph - £24.00ph (Umbrella Rate)



Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal Operative to join a property and facilities group based in the East London region. You will be responsible for the safe removal of non-licensed asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) from residential properties, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.



Responsibilities:

  • Safely remove non-licensed ACMs such as ceiling tiles and floor tiles.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and use PPE at all times.
  • Prepare work areas and clean up post-removal.
  • Complete required documentation and report progress.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors for smooth project execution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in asbestos removal (non-licensed) preferred.
  • Asbestos Awareness Certification (required).
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations (Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012).
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Technical Supervisor - Damp & Mould / Legal Disrepair

Location: Dagenham, East London
Salary: From £45,000 (DOE) Benefits
Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week
Travel: Across Barking & Dagenham (Full UK Driving Licence required)

About the Roles

We're hiring for two Technical Supervisor roles within a leading property & facilities group:

  • Damp & Mould
  • Legal Disrepair

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of operatives and contractors, overseeing day-to-day service delivery, performance, and quality assurance from first report to final invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise teams and specialist subcontractors
  • Manage job scheduling, inspections, and reporting
  • Support service improvements and performance targets
  • Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and provide reports/MI as needed

What You'll Need

  • Trade qualification (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
  • Supervisory experience in repairs or maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Damp & Mould and/or Legal Disrepair
  • Good IT skills (MS Office; Accuserve a bonus)
  • Full clean UK driving licence

Multi Carpenter

Up to £34000 per annum Van & Fuel card


A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis paying £34,000 per annum. This will be covering the Portsmouth/Southampton areas. The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Working Hours are Mon - Fri - 39 hours per week
8:30am - 17:00 Mon - Thu and 8:30am - 16:00 on a Friday
Multi Trade Duties:
Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering in occupied and void properties.
The Successful Multi Trade Carpenter will be required to:
Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
A basic DBS check will be required

The successful Multi Trade Plumber will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
Multi Trade Plumber Duties:

  • Carry out carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, tiling and wet trade and repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied.


The Successful Multi Trade Plumber will be required to:
