* Technical Property & Surveying

Duties:

* Developing relationships with clients and candidates through active business development and marketing

Requirements:

* Previous experience of working in Recruitment, Sales or Business Development is advantageous
* Hardworking, driven and self-motivated
* Excellent communication and IT skills, ideally experience of using an in-house CRM system
* Well-presented and positive attitude to work

    Role: Sustainability Project Manager
    Salary: £300- £350 Per Day
    Location: Essex

    MMP Consultancy is currently recruiting for a new Sustainability Project Manager.

    • Be responsible for developing the organisation's long term sustainability strategy,
    • developing our approach to meeting the target of the housing stock being at EPC C or better by 2030
    • develop a roadmap that will enable carbon net zero by 2050.
    • Influence and support the organisation to deliver an integrated sustainability strategy and demonstrate progress against strategic objectives and performance indicators.
    • Provide guidance on carbon reduction, sustainability, and related activity
    • Build internal partnership networks to support Environmental Sustainability objectives.
    • Setup monitoring and reporting on the association's sustainability performance, including energy usage, waste diversion rates and carbon emissions, ensuring data is captured, stored and accessible to inform decision making and investment.
    • Collaboratively working with colleagues and residents across the organisation and contribute to the successful delivery of an Environmental Sustainability Strategy.
