Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a Housing provider based in Hampshire, on a permanent basis, paying £37,600 per annum with a van and fuel card supplied. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience.You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van. The areas the successful Electrician will be covering will be Basingstoke, Winchester and surrounding.
Working Hours: 8:30am - 17:00pm - Monday - Friday
You will be required to:
* Carry out remedial repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied and void.
* Carry out electrical repairs EICRs
* Testing and inspecting occupied and void properties
* Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
* Carry out works allocated by appointments
* Participate in 24 call out when required which is 1 week in every 5/6 weeks
As an Electrician on the call out rota you will be paid:
* £115 stand by rate
* £35 per call out and if a first time fix it will be paid at £50 per call out.
Qualifications:
* City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ Level 3
* BS 7617: 18th Edition
* 2391 or 2395 (Desirable)

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor based in Lambeth on a temporary ongoing basis paying £20 per hour CIS. A standard DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
