We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced administrators or coordinators to apply, who possess exceptional customer service and clerical skills. Ideally someone who thrives in challenging atmospheres and can remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Purchasing stock, materials, tools etc.
* Obtaining quotes for required materials from suppliers.
* Seek approval for purchases over the set limit.
* Keep track of lead times on items ordered.
* Communicate with Planners regarding materials etc for jobs to be booked in.
* Regulate van stock.
* Assist with WIP management including overdue's and unappointed
Skills/Experience required:
* Experience in a similar role previously
* Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Repairs Planner will work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads. You will liaise with residents and contractors to ensure that all works are completed to a high standard.
