MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Resident Involvement based in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support, and lead when required, on the planning, delivery and evaluation of resident involvement groups, projects, and initiatives to ensure the design and delivery of services is co-created or meaningfully influenced by residents.
* Support the development and facilitation of innovative approaches to resident involvement and co-creation, including proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
* Support the resident involvement manager to raise the profile of resident involvement across the business and build positive relationships with teams, supporting them to design, facilitate and evaluate informal and formal consultations with residents.
* Support the resident involvement manager in the delivery of an effective scrutiny function.
* Explore new ways to engage with residents to ensure involvement is diverse and inclusive.
* Keep accurate records of involvement activities.
* Provide reports of activities and support the resident involvement manager.
* Support the resident involvement manager and head of service to monitor and update budget records, to ensure they remain accurate and up to date.
* Support the resident involvement manager with the creation and review of policies, procedures and other documents related to resident involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry and Management: The primary task is to enter large volumes of safety-related data into specialised software systems. This includes information from fire risk assessments, structural surveys, compliance, and other safety documents. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and efficiency, particularly under tight deadlines.
* Document Review: The officer will review complex documents, such as fire risk assessments and structural surveys, to extract and verify critical information. Attention to detail and a systematic approach to document review are essential.
* Collaboration and Information Gathering: The role involves working closely with other departments and specialists to gather necessary information and verify data. Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues across different areas of expertise are important.
* Time Management and Efficiency: The officer is expected to manage their time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy in their work.
* Regulatory Knowledge: While not essential, understanding the Building Safety Act and experience with fire safety, structural assessments, or compliance in general is desirable. This knowledge will help the officer better understand the context of the data they are managing.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proficient in data entry and management, with experience using specialised software and Excel.
* Strong organisational skills, capable of handling large datasets efficiently and accurately.

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit Support Workers for a Charity in East London on a temporary basis.

Locations:

Key Responsibilities:

- Hold a caseload of key clients and conduct regular key working sessions resulting in agreed support plans that are outcome focussed, SMART and demonstrate progress
- Produce comprehensive and high quality risk assessment and risk management plans on an ongoing basis
- Identify, report and follow up any safeguarding concerns
- Promote activities that support recovery including social activities, exercise, healthy eating and participation in mutual aid groups
- Support clients to identify housing options and tackle obstacles preventing them from moving on to settled accommodation
- Work in collaboration with key partner agencies by being responsive to requests, giving regular client updates and participating in multi-agency working
- Work with clients to identify activities that they would like to take part in to prepare them for independence and move through, and assist them to access such activities
- Take part in running activities or small groups in response to identified client needs or as part of a project wide programme of group work
- Support clients that are ready to move into work, education or training by assisting them to access suitable courses or placements

Key Experience:

- Experience of working with vulnerable adults with complex support needs (including substances use, offending, mental ill health, complex housing issues and/ or any other support needs)
- Working knowledge of being able to support clients into supported accommodation, the private rented sector or other move-on options
- Demonstrable understanding of Housing and other related legislation
- Experience of working with clients who may experience multiple disadvantages and as a result have been rough sleeping and/or homelessness
- Experience of effectively working with partner agencies and developing contacts and networks across a wide range of local services; to enable effective signposting
- An understanding of the principles of assessment and risk, planned support, key working, goal setting, and advocacy with vulnerable people
- Sensitivity and flexibility to find ways to work with clients who may be reluctant and have a low level of engagement with services
- The ability to respond calmly to crisis and deal promptly, effectively, safely and creatively to complex and challenging situations
- A level of numeracy, literacy and comprehension to input data and the ability to use emails, common computer packages and databases

Building Safety Administrator

Up to £24.31 per hour

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Building Safety Administrator on a temporary basis working for a Housing Association based in Brixton.

This role will be to provide a comprehensive administration and support service to the Planned and Building Safety Team.

This will be a temporary position paying £24.31 per hour Umbrella

Duties:

* Support the Planned and Building Safety Team by providing an efficient and prompt administrative service for all their internal processes to ensure smooth running of the programme of works.
* Raise works orders and purchase orders ensuring invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Contribute to the safe storage and retrieval of data to comply with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements and to ensure the accurate reporting of departments KPIs.
* Produce written correspondence to customers under the supervision of the Head of Service.
* Provide administrative support relating to the management of building safety cases.
* Update systems timely and precisely to reflect accurate financial reporting.
* Organise meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, minute and action taking, monitoring the follow up actions to ensure efficient delivery.
* Ensure that all written, electronic and telephone enquiries are answered and resolved effectively in accordance with agreed service standards and timescales.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations when processing customer data.
* Take appropriate Health & Safety measures to ensure personal safety and the safety of our customers and colleagues.
* Support the protection and safety of our customers by ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and safeguarding concerns are appropriately identified, monitored and reported.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.

* Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes.
* IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using IT systems.

Neighbourhood Response Officer

Up to £23.35 per hour

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join a leading housing provider, this will be working on a temporary contract based in Leatherhead

To ensure that the neighbourhoods are places that residents want to live. You'll do this by understanding local needs and working collaboratively with other teams, residents groups and external partners, ensuring estates are clean, safe, well maintained and improvements are identified, planned & delivered.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers.
* Deliver a programme of regular estate inspections and prioritising fire safety risk assessment follow up work.
* Work with local residents groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events as part of a neighbourhood plan and local offers.
* Work collaboratively with local partners such as safer neighbourhood teams, the voluntary sector and youth services
* on neighbourhood safety and ASB issues, for ad hoc or routine meetings as appropriate.
* Liaise with other Clarion departments on neighbourhood improvements and services
* Visit customers in breach of their tenancy or lease agreement where tasked to do so
* Visit customers who may require additional support and assess whether they require on going tenancy sustainment.
* Conduct viewings and sign ups or tenancy assignments.
* Attend court to represent Clarion and/or provide witness statements as required
* Conduct evictions and attend stay hearings.
* Checks on property condition as required for the purpose of mutual exchange, during the tenants notice period or planned visits.

Repairs Coordinator

Up to £17.56 per hour

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Repairs Coordinator on a temporary basis working for a Local Authority based in Bristol.

To be responsible for scheduling repairs and tasks to colleagues out on site including allocating repairs and ensuring tenants are kept informed of any delays or changes to their repair appointments and rearranging as necessary.

This will be a temporary position paying £17.56 per hour Umbrella

Duties:

* Receive and respond to customer enquiries, in line with council policies and procedures always providing excellent customer service.
* To accurately raise reported repairs and prioritise in line with agreed timescales, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
* Ensure that repair requests are allocated, planned, and scheduled effectively to maximise the use of resources and completed "right first-time".
* Pro-actively monitor the progression of allocated jobs throughout the day and communicating with operatives, surveyors, and customers to ensure the timely completion of works.
* Ensure operatives have acceptably completed repairs using their mobile devices and give feedback to trade managers and supervisors if there are any issues.
* Provide information, advice and guidance to customers, contractors & colleagues who have repairs enquiries.
* Make outbound contact to customers as required and make enquiries on behalf of customers and arrange appointments.
* To effectively and appropriately liaise with contractors.

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit to a Senior HR Business Partner Lead join a fantastic Local Authority based in Brent on a temporary contract.

To lead and manage the delivery of a professional HR Service that adds value and delivers effective business-focused solutions, by advising on managing risk to the organisation and maintain good employee relations.

This is a temporary position paying £42.08 an hour Umbrella.

Duties:

* Make a positive contribution to the delivery of the service, this will include working flexibly and positively to achieve the objectives of the council.
* Manage and lead staff to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery, including developing and improving staff capability.
* Manage a customer focused service and the effective use of resources.
* Ensure that the council's overall vision, values and ethos are central to the requirements of the service.
* Support effective working relationships and act as an ambassador and advocate with external organisations.

* Maintain a critical review of change programmes, lead the HR work stream within a programme providing direction to the team and advising on complex elements. Ensure that risks are identified and managed within a legal framework.
* Lead on the improvement, management, and performance in the delivery of HR best practice, ensuring that overall objectives are translated into effective plans and that the service is efficient and locally responsible.
* Coach and lead the HR Business Partnering Team, ensuring performance is managed to deliver a high-quality service. Ensure the team keep their knowledge and CPD updated and that coaching of HR professionals develops their skills in line with the CIPD profession map.
* Ensure the quality of professional advice and support and provide strategic and operational advice on escalated cases.
