MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Roofer to join a social housing contractor paying £19.29 per hour CIS with a company van and fuel card supplied. This role will be working within the responsive repairs team and will be covering the Skelmersdale area.

Working Hours Mon-Fri 8am-17:00pm with a half hour break.

Job details:

Key Accountabilities will include:

• Undertake repair/renewal roofing works
• Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents and line manager
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
• Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill area
• Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required
• Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA

Hold a trade qualification in Roofing

A basic DBS check will need to be carried out if successful and a UKATA OR IATP Asbestos Awareness course will be required.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to work for a housing provider on a temporary basis. You will be required to complete planned works within void properties in the Eastern Region (Cambridgeshire / Peterborough)

Pay Rate:
* £22.49 (Umbrella Rate)

Hours
* 8:00am to 16:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

The successful Multi Trade Carpenter will:
* Proficient in Carpentry
* Complete basic Plumbing, Plastering and minor Groundworks
* Be customer focused
* Have social housing experience
* Have a Basic DBS Check

The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van and fuel card.

You will be required to:

*Carry out electrical repairs EICRs and complete NICEIC Certificates

A great new opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Supervisor to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis based in Lambeth and surrounding areas. The hourly rate is £24 per hour CIS. You will be required to supervise a team of trade operatives and subcontractors.
