  Hours:

  • 45 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

  The Plumber will be supplied with:

  • A van
  • Fuel card

  A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Groundworker on a temporary to permanent basis. The Groundworker will be required to complete groundwork within the North West London area.
  
  Pay Rate:

  * Paving/slabbing works
  * Installing bollards
  * Brickwork
  * Epoxy resin repairs
  * Tiling
  * Minor roofing works

  I am currently looking for Grounds Maintenance Operative on a contract basis for a housing provider based in East London. My client is looking for an immediately available Grounds Maintenance Operative.
  
  Pay Rate:
  * £16.00ph (umbrella rate)
  
  Working Hours:
  *Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
  
  Duties:
  * Ensure the grounds are maintained, including, strimming, mowing and hedge cutting
  * Maintain and use vehicles, plant, and equipment
  * Ensure communal areas are clean and safe
  
  It is essential that the successful candidate has:
  *Safety boots
  *Knowledge of health and safety
  *Basic DBS
  
  Experience Required:
