A new opportunity has arisen to work for a Norwich based contractor for a Multi Trade Plasterer on a temp to perm basis. The successful Multi Trade Plasterer will be required to complete planned and reactive works within properties and communal areas in Norwich.
Pay Rate:

• £20.00p/h (CIS)

Hours:

• 08:00am to 16:30pm

Multi Trade Plasterer Skills required:

• Plastering - Core Trade
• Damp & mould removal
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Carpentry
• Tiling
• Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Qualifications Required:

• Basic DBS Check

Multi Trade Carpenter/ Carpenter

MMP is currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join a Social Housing contractor based in South London on a temporary basis paying £20 per hour CIS.
The successful Trades Operative will be required too:

• Complete repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
• Be customer focused
• Work towards tight deadlines
• Have social housing experience

Hours:

Qualifications Required:

The successful Carpenter will be required to have previous fire-stopping and compartmentation experience installation and maintenance experience within social housing properties.

* Fire Stopping

A great new opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a Housing Provider on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £40,000 per annum working within the Hampshire area, covering the patch of Windsor and Bracknell. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van.

Pay Rate:
* Up to £40,000 per annum

You will be required to:
* Carry out electrical repairs EICRs
* Testing and inspecting occupied and void properties
* Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames

You will be required to deliver high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair work across all existing and new projects, including new construction.

Hours:

Requirements:

Duties:

• Install new heating systems per manufacturer's instructions and industry standards.
• Perform general heating engineering and plumbing duties, including reactive repairs and servicing boilers, fires, and appliances.
• Adhere to manufacturer instructions for repairs and installations.
• Issue gas safety notices and certificates.
• Assess and prepare sites before starting work.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and actions.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent issues.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, minimising disruption.
• Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of all work, including before and after photos.
• Leverage expertise in related trades and collaborate with other teams.
• Use IT equipment (e.g., PDAs) for job monitoring and work allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance team members, sharing knowledge and assisting with tasks.
• Protect work areas with coverings and move furniture to minimise damage.
• Maintain regular contact with Technical Supervisors and report issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CCN1, CEN/WAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1.
• CMMDA1, MET1, PART P (desirable)
• Gas Safe registered.
• Excellent understanding of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
• Proven ability to deliver high quality construction projects and efficient output to meet client expectations.
• Able to be flexible in approach to work and working hours including attending out of hours call out work on a rotational basis.  
• Excellent communications skills, ability to build positive working relationships with a range of clients, contractors and employees.
• Capability of taking initiative and working independently.
• Personal resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.

MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Wet Multi Trade Operative on an temporary ongoing basis on behalf of a social housing contractor working around Walton On Thames and surrounding areas. This role will be paying £20 per hour CIS with a van and fuel card supplied. This role will require a basic DBS check to be carried out.

This role will be working within the Voids team

Working Hours - 8am - 17:00pm with a half hour break - 45 hours per week
