A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Operative (Kitchen Fitter / Carpenter) to work for a housing provider based in Norwich on a temporary basis. My client is looking for an experienced individual with a background in social housing.
Location:
* Norwich but will cover all our properties as needed across Norfolk and North Suffolk.
Pay Rate:
* £20.00 (umbrella rate)
Hours:
* 8am to 4pm (40 hours per week)
You will be required to:
* Working within void properties
* Completing planned works
* Work from a PDA system
* Have a Basic DBS check.
You will be supplied with:
* A van
* Fuel card

Key Responsibilities:- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance in offices, restrooms, and other commercial spaces.
- Carry out floor care tasks, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and high-touch surfaces.
- Remove waste and ensure proper disposal of recycling.
- Follow health & safety protocols and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
- Monitor and report cleaning supply levels.
Qualifications:
- Experience in specialist cleaning in commercial settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with advanced cleaning equipment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning certifications (e.g., COSHH).
