Job Title: Electrical Tradesperson
Location: Enfield EN2
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (On-Going Work)
Salary Range: £29,460 - £39,769 (Depending on Skills and Experience)
Responsibilities:
* General Maintenance
* Experience with nurse calls and fire alarms
* Repairing broken or faulty equipment
* Fault finding and rectifying
* Improvements and installations
* Perform reactive, routine, and preventative maintenance and testing
* Maintenance and installation of lighting and power.
Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 2 or higher BTEC/City & Guilds or equivalent.
* 18th edition
* Experience within Estates

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Plumber to join a Social Housing contractor based in Lambeth on a temporary ongoing basis paying £20 per hour CIS. A standard DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
The successful Plumber will be required too:
