MMP is currently working with a Large Housing Association in Nottinghamshire who are seeking for a Disrepair Surveyor to join their team - please see the details below.

Role: Disrepair Surveyor

Pay: £300/Day Inside IR35

Contract Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)

Job Purpose:

  • Strong ability to deliver Reactive Repairs diagnosis and surveys from inspection to completion.
  • Be able to resolve complex building issues, disrepair cases and development of the responsive repairs team.
  • Comfortable building contractor relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experienced in use of SOR, Basket rates, SCHOTT schedules.

    Office, Site and Home Working. Hybrid (Mostly site based work)

    About the role

    * Contractor Management - delivery of work in timely manner and within budget.
    * Complaints Management handling Stage 1 MP and Councillor enquiries.
    * WIP management, ensuring issues are resolved and delivery of works is smooth.
    * Pre Inspections inspection and specification.
    * Post Inspections quality assurance and tenant liaison.
    * Administration - ensure all queries are responded to, jobs are raised and close correctly.
