Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a Housing Association based in Portishead on a permanent basis paying a salary of £38,265 per annum with a van and fuel card supplied. This role would be covering North Somerset and Bristol. This role will be delivering works such as rewires, remedial works, electrical installations, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs and maintenance to occupied and void properties.
Working hours:
* 40 Hours per week Mon - Fri
You will be required to:
* Complete a range of electrical repairs and maintenance:
(EICRs, power & lighting repairs upgrades)
* Undertake Electrical installation works of both 230v and 415v systems
* Working on an on-going testing and upgrading programme
* Install and maintain energy saving / carbon reducing electrical related technology
* Take part in the out of hours rota
Qualifications:
* City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ Level 3
* 18th Edition
* Full clean driving licence
You will be supplied with:
* A company van fuel card
* PPE
