Job Description

Job Title: Plumber
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Working Hours: 4-on 4-off, 40 hours per week
Pay: Standard £19 Sat/Nights £23 Sun £29
Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks, including Water hygiene works and Ventilation maintenance.
Reporting issues promptly and ensuring timely follow-up works.
Handling reactive tasks such as blockages, leaks, and plumbing remedial works (e.g., replacing taps, radiators, sinks, toilets).

Skills and Qualifications:
Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing.
Ability to perform Water hygiene works and Ventilation maintenance.
Proficient in handling reactive tasks like blockages, leaks, and plumbing remedial works.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will need a clear DBS.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support on a range of complex and challenging building safety projects, ensuring the safety of residents and building users in the local area.

This role will be paying £20 per hour CIS or Umbrella with a van and fuel card supplied. This role will require a basic DBS check to be carried out.
