Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen to for a Multi Trader/ Multi trade plumber/carpenter to join a housing association on a permanent basis paying £40,327 per annum plus great benefits. The successful Multi Trader will be required to complete repais and maintenace within Void properties working mostly around Westminster and Camden.
This role will be working within the Voids team. You will be working within a two person teams however there will be time when you will be lone working.
Pay Rate:
- £40,327 per annum
Multi Trade Skills required:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
*Kitchen & Bathroom fitting
- Tiling
- Basic Plastering
- Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
- UPVC repairs and maintenance
- Double glazed unit replacement
- Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
- Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
Qualifications Required:
You will be supplied with:
- Company branded van
- Fuel card
- PDA
