Job Description

MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Senior Repairs Scheduler for a National Contractor on a Permanent Basis, in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily ensuring diaries are full and
  • immediate attention is given to allocate work to operatives when they become free.
  • Manage all resource planning activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Check K.P.I performance weekly and analyse service failures to implement solutions
  • Audit performance weekly and any errors bought to your team's attention.
  • Providing customer service to residents and customers
  • Check the system for emergencies and manage within a timely manner to ensure targets are meet
  • Respond to telephone variations by seeking approval from duty surveyor so operatives may continue the site through to completion
  • Arrange inspections for supervisors
  • Provide a high-quality service to client on a face to face basis
  • Working within a team to achieve goals and targets achieving daily targets of a minimum of 60 allocations each day of new orders


Requirements:

  • Call Centre Experience
  • Maintenance industry experience

Duties Include:

  • Leading on all areas of data input, capture, storage, and development.
  • Provide a consultative service to all internal and external customers around data and IT systems management.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planner to work on a temporary contract based in Essex.

Duties:

Liaise with customers, arrange appointments, maintain relevant up to date progress on work being undertaken and dispatch information on completion of work
Liaise with the client to ensure that data is maintained, and to assist with queries
Schedule and allocate work to operational staff to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain all records in accordance with business requirements and management instructions for the purpose of invoicing and KPI reporting
Procurement of materials and services to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
Provide up to date and accurate information on all work completed for the purpose of invoicing including clear reasons for all charges, charging rates and quantities of work completed by which operatives.

Experience Required:

Previous experience of working with a Housing Association / Local Authority or Maintenance Contractor in either a Scheduling or Customer Service capacity

Excellent communicator, with strong organisational skills CSEs at Grade C or above and including Mathematics and English
Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Word Proven background in a customer service focused environment

MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Repairs Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis, in North London.

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced administrators or coordinators to apply, who possess exceptional customer service and clerical skills. Ideally someone who thrives in challenging atmospheres and can remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise orders of work by email or phone calls from clients input onto the system ready for allocation. Work with the contracts managers/supervisors to allocate work to operatives on a day to day basis plus the following days' work including emergencies.
  • Allocate jobs out to sub-contractors using LION/MAINTAIN to create sub-contractor form.
  • Making appointments with site by phone/email
  • Where applicable dealing with OOH call outs
  • Process timesheets ensuring all job numbers are correct and signed off by CM/supervisor. Including inputting data onto accounts spreadsheet, filing timesheets and holiday/ad hoc forms relating to pay
  • Collate paperwork/photos for each job and file onto systems. Update system daily indicating job status, Chasing up sub-contractors for updates.
  • Updating WIP report daily to ensure WIP kept to a minimum, creating weekly WIP reports for the CM's. Updating tracker on daily basis with all new jobs
  • Analyse every job that passes through the system ensuring all job sheets, RAMS and materials are with the jobs and uploaded. Challenge operatives and supervisors on accuracy of information given about jobs
  • Collating weekly/monthly compliance sheets filled out by CM's/Supervisors and operatives
  • Updating various client systems across all contracts ensuring all documents are uploaded in order for invoicing

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator on a permanent basis in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log calls/jobs on the helpdesk database utilising helpdesk software, these tasks may be received by telephone and email.
  • Taking ownership of the PPM schedule & Reactive Maintenance jobs thus ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with the service requirements.
  • To produce standard and ad hoc reports as required by internal and external customers and clients across Project and FM functions.
  • Liaison and follow up with Managers, engineers and approved subcontractors.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in line with the PPM planners and/ or client requirements.
  • Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and close out.
  • Compile small work quotations
  • Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls or take messages; messages to be taken sensitively, discreetly and accurately.
  • Provide accurate information to clients about MJ Ferguson Services
  • Invoicing of project and FM invoices as required
  • Provide admin support to Project and FM Managers

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Asset Management team on a temporary contract in Oldham. This role will provide essential administrative support to the Heating and Hot Water & Domestic Gas Team, assisting with contract management, compliance monitoring, and customer queries.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance records are up-to-date, budgets are monitored, and all data is accurately recorded within internal systems. This is a hybrid working role, providing the flexibility of both office and home-based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of contracts and suppliers, ensuring quality and value for money
  • Manage and monitor team email inboxes, ensuring timely responses
  • Create work orders and purchase orders
  • Update NEC (Asset Management System) and maintain accurate data records
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor systems, registers, and databases for efficient reporting
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external customers, and suppliers
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentation materials
  • Provide compliance reports to the wider team
