Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Voids / Disrepair Supervisor to work for a national contractor working within the West Midlands area. My client is looking for a Voids Supervisor on a permanent basis offering a salary of £36,000 - £37,000 Van and Annual Bonus. The successful Voids Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.

Pay Rate:

£36,000 - £37,000 Van & Benefits (Annual Bonus)

The Voids Supervisor will be required to:

* Supervise a team of operatives
* Have knowledge of a Voids and Disrepair environment
* Prioritise and allocate works to optimise available resources
* Have experience of managing a team
* Have experience in the use of SORs, pricing and coding works
* Have health and safety knowledge and experience
* Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
* Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
* Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues

You will be supplied with a van and fuel card.

Gas Engineer

Up to £44254.00 per annum


A new opportunity has arisen for a Gas & Heating Engineer to join a housing provider based in Witney, Oxfordshire on a permanent basis paying £44,254 per annum Van & Fuel Card. The successful candidate will be experienced in completing repairs and maintenance on boilers and heating systems.

You will be required to:

* Servicing Boilers
* Boiler Breakdowns
* Repairs to heating systems
* Complete multi-skilled plumbing and heating repairs within tenants' properties
* Any other plumbing related repairs we may need completed.
* Ensure records are maintained accurately when using electronic device or paperwork
* Have great communication skills with colleagues and tenants
* Participate in the out of hours team

Qualifications required:
* City and Guilds or NVQ level NVQ 2 or an equivalent level qualification in Plumbing
* CCN1 & Gas Boilers, Cookers, Fires
* G3 Hot Water
* Full Driving Licence

Multi Trade Roofer

Up to £21 per hour

A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Roofer to work for a social housing contractor in the West of Essex on a temporary basis. My client is looking for an experienced individual with a background in social housing.

Pay Rate:

* £21.00ph (umbrella rate)

You will be required to:

* Carry out to the highest standard all aspects of Roofing repairs and maintenance installations.

Including but not limited to:

* Trace and repair leaks to roofs. (Leak detection)
* Renew Tiles and slates (small areas)
* Carry out repairs and maintenance to guttering and rainwater downpipes and test gullies and report back findings. (Including using Sky vac).
* Scaffold inspections.
* Flashing repairs and renewals
* Asphalt repairs - Hot gun and trowel
* Felt repairs.

Multi Trade Carpenter

Up to £36000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Carpenter to work for a Contractor based in East London on a permanent basis offering a salary of £36,000. The successful Multi Trade Candidate will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs.

Location:
* East London

Working hours
* 08:00am to 17:00pm

You will be required to:
* Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades.
* Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
* Optional out of hours.
* Have experience working within social housing properties.

You will be supplied with:
* Company van
* Fuel card

You must:
