Reece joins our team from the Residential Lettings & Sales industry. He brings with him a real flare for customer service, combined with a passion for matching the right candidates with the right roles.

Joining Jonny Scott, Reece will supply white-collar professionals to the NHS and Educational Establishments. We are thrilled to have Reece join us and are confident he will play a significant role in strengthening our position in this sector.

Aliesha, our top biller for January, has been dedicated to supporting an ongoing on-site recruitment campaign for one of our most valued clients whilst managing the delivery of two brand-new clients.

Lacey, who forms part of the important compliance team, is proud to confirm had its record month in the company's history regarding the number of 100% compliance future candidates placed in February.

Happy 8th anniversary to Emily and Joe. Both have had a transformable year. Emily doubled her team, demonstrating true leadership and is on target to be the top perm biller for the year. Joe supported Alastair in the successful tender submissions for 2 nationwide housing associations, achieving a 141% increase in his temp fees year on year. Have a great day you two!

MMP's Director Alastair welcomed his beautiful baby boy, Harrison Robert Edward Maynard into the world on 13th November 2022. Both his wife and baby are doing well, and we wish them all the very best over the next few months of sleepless nights!

After our end-of-year presentation on Friday, I’m pleased to announce several promotions....

After a fantastic year, Ebonnie Goss has been promoted to Associate Director. Ebonnie has been instrumental in the business's growth over the past 12 months and continues to support everyone at MMP Consultancy Limited on all levels to better themselves. Her focus is to drive and identify our continued commitment to geographical coverage.

Emily McBride again has had a transformable year both with her fees and the development of the Maintenance team, which again saw another 24% growth on the previous year of 63%, securing 3 sole agreements and has successfully delivered multiple recruitment days for our clients and how now been promoted to Divisional Manager. 

Stuart Pryce's dedication and support to others typify everything that is good about the business’s values, and it was an easy decision to promote him to Principal Consultant. Stuart’s innervation and intercompany communication has meant not only has he developed his own desk but has constantly supported other divisions to enable us to support our clients in their entirety.

George Stacey our star man started just over a year ago on the government apprenticeship scheme whilst studying at Harlow College the NVQ level 3 in Recruitment. George has blown everyone away in his drive and commitment to learning all aspects of the legal and practical side of the industry. So much so that he also won Employee of the Year as voted by his colleagues, and I’m proud to promote him to Recruitment Consultant.

Today marks MMP's 9th anniversary! Starting with just a phone and a laptop, I feel blessed to have continued this journey with a number of special people and see the company evolve throughout this time.

We maintain our passion for creating a workplace, where people want to come to work, giving them the ability to express themselves in their own way and creating a diverse team with varied ideas and passions. Our ambition is to build a legacy within a Senior Management Team who have all worked their way up from trainee/consultant level, they will then become the driving force behind the next phase of growth. I would also like to thank all of our special candidates and clients too.

A fantastic morning was spent at Chauncy School (Ware, UK).

Alastair supported them with their year 9 and 10 career day. After meeting with over 60 children, it was hugely rewarding. Alastair loved listening to each child on what they wanted to do when they were older and how they would make this work if they were to set up a business. Firstly, what a fantastic school. Alastair's so pleased his son was given the opportunity to go there. Secondly, he was so so impressed with all of the children he met who were polite and engaged. Their ideas were brilliant and varied. Thank you again, Chauncy School

Not your average Friday morning getting to work! MMP's Charity Day for Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is fully underway, and loving the effort everyone has gone to!
