Jess joined MMP Consultancy in 2018 after 3 years of working for one of the UK’s leading Healthcare agencies. After starting as a Compliance Officer, Jess has now progressed to managing the compliance team, overseeing 3 members of staff who each specialise in their remit. Jess prides herself on her meticulous attention to detail which has led to MMP receiving high scores across the board for every internal and external audit she has been a part of.

Holidaying is Jess’ biggest passion! She will always find a way to squeeze a getaway in somewhere. That being said, the MMP fridge now has a collection of over 60 magnets documenting everyone in the offices’ travels due to Jess starting the trend in 2019. She also enjoys a good festival, whether food or music, attending multiple throughout the year. When she isn’t busy attending events or away on holiday, Jess will be at home improvising new lunch or dinner recipes being the big foodie that she is!
