Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Driver/Labourer to assist with various tasks, including clearing void properties, garden clearances, and trade waste removal across Norwich. You will report to the Cleaning Commercial Supervisor and help ensure excellent service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:

Job Title: Electrician (Reactive & Voids)
Location: Norfolk & North Suffolk
Reports To: Local Delivery Manager / Maintenance Manager / Team Leader
Salary: £36,618 per annum

Job Purpose:
Join a Housing Association as an Electrician, responsible for delivering responsive and void electrical repairs in line with 18th Edition regulations. You'll ensure repairs are carried out efficiently, while supporting planned installations and maintaining electrical compliance.

Job Title: Caretaker / Bulk Driver
Location: East London
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Position Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for estate cleaning and maintenance, as well as operating a bulk waste collection vehicle. The role involves customer interaction, ensuring the estates remain clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep communal areas clean and report maintenance issues.
• Bulk Waste Collection: Drive a bulk waste vehicle to collect and dispose of large items.
• Customer Service: Address residents' concerns and assist with maintenance requests.

A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Multi Trader on a permanent basis paying £36,000 per annum plus call out, this will give potential earnings of up to £42,000 - £45,000k per annum. The successful Multi Trader will be required to complete reactive works within properties and communal areas in Essex (designated patch will be given). Pay Rate:
* £36,000 per annum plus call out (Potential earnings of £42k - £45k)
* Call out - £12.50 per day (standby) and £25ph (per call out)
